Peptides and Supplements

What You Need to Know

Below are some of the supplements and research compounds I’ve personally used over time.

This is NOT medical advice. I’m simply sharing my personal experience. Always do your own research and consult a qualified professional before starting anything new

Peptides and Compounds

 For Educational Purposes Only

  • Below are compounds I’ve personally explored or researched in the past. I do not provide protocols or guidance.
  • Tesofensine – often discussed around appetite regulation. My experience with this pill is it helped me a lot to curb hunger and cravings.
    • 5-Amino-1MQ – associated with body composition research.  I noticed with this capsule my body was not storing fat as easily, and I was able to lose fat more efficiently.
    • MOTS-C – linked to metabolic function. With this one, it helped control my blood sugar immensely, and also helped me build a little bit of muscle.
    • CJC-1295 & Ipamorelin – commonly referenced in recovery-focused protocols.  With this Peptide combo, I noticed I was recovering faster from workouts, and it helped a little with fat loss as well. I rotate this one with Tesamorelin
    • BPC-157 & TB-500 – often discussed in recovery settings.  Known as the Wolverine Peptide, I use this one only when I need extra healing, if I have an injury, or have had a surgery or something. It's helped me heal up 2-3 x faster than I can on my own.
    • SLUPP/BAM – studied for metabolic activity. This one is interesting, & I noticed it felt like my body thought I was working out, but I actually wasn’t. No drastic change in my heart rate or anything like that, but I definitely had a lot more energy. I seemed to burn more calories easier on this pill.
    • NAD+ – associated with cellular energy. I noticed a bump in energy with this one, but it’s not something I take all the time.
    • IGF-1 LR3 – linked to performance and recovery discussions. I loved this one also. I definitely noticed it helped me recover faster and build some muscle.
    • Tesamorelin – researched for visceral fat and GH signaling. Love this one because it helped me reduce visceral belly fat & my husband also. It definitely improves your own natural HGH as well.
    • Retatrutide (RETA) – associated with appetite and blood sugar regulation.  This one is great, but it was a little harder to build muscle on. I definitely noticed a reduction in appetite.

* I rotate the peptides three months on and three months off. I don't stay on all of these all at once.

Access to Peptides

If you’re looking into peptides, make sure you fully understand what you’re using, including risks and legality in your area.

If you’re looking for research sources I’ve used in the past, you can find one here:

Use code: CLARE20

I had to create an account in order to get these. Then I put for research purposes only and my name.

Natural Supplements

Natural supplements I personally use and recommend:

  •  Inciderine – supports healthy blood sugar levels. I love this one for fat loss & energy.
  • Androgin – supports strength, muscle and performance. This one definitely helps me build muscle. I stay on this one year round.
  •  Follidrone – supports muscle-building pathways.  This one blocks myostatin that we all have that acts like a governor on how much muscle you can build. By blocking it you can build more muscle as well. I stay on this one year round also.
