Lexi is not only a client of mine but she is also my precious niece. Let me tell you I was so excited when she came to me and asked me if I would help her with fat loss and building muscle at the same time. I'm sure most people can relate that it's not easy to ask family members for help. I was really proud that Lexi came to me when it came to working on her fitness goals. And boy has she stuck to it with grit and determination. I can confidently say that mindset runs in the family. Lol!
When Lexi came to me and told me she was ready to learn what I do to get in shape and how to stick with it we first made some adjustments to her lifestyle. First was adjusting her diet, because fat loss is 80% diet. Next was developing a workout plan that would fit in with her lifestyle. She's young, active, and has a busy life. She was under the impression that to build muscle she would have to be at the gym all day long. Lexi was relieved to learn that correct diet plays the biggest part of fat loss. Once we had that lined out, Lexi learned that she only needs to workout at the gym (doing strength training) 45 minutes to 1 hour per day, 5 days per week. This includes doing some light cardio. Although getting in 10,000 plus steps per day is what is most important when it comes to building heart health.
Now for the most amazing part-her results! In just 12 weeks of us working together Lexi has lost 25 lbs. and 4" off of her waist. Her shape has really started to change and the smile on her face makes it all worthwhile. What a way to make me a proud aunt. :)

I asked God for direction and one of the avenues he led me to was Clare on Tik Tok. Here was this beautiful red head looking like I could only dream about. I watched her a lot and started really listening to her tips. It took about one year but after eating in a calorie deficit and walking every night I dropped 100 lbs! When I first saw your videos you said you didn't start lifting weights until you were in your 40's. I had turned 40 last year and decided I wanted to live a longer life and I didn't want to feel like crap anymore! So when I saw you showing exactly what to do, I copied it. So I got this crazy idea and thought "what better way to motivate myself then to enter the bikini division of a bodybuilding competition?"
Competing gave me a sense of purpose in both my dieting and fitness training. When you have a reason to train your diet and entire workouts changes. You quit working on what you want to train and start working on what you need to train. Once you register for the competition you are committed and have a set date to reach that goal. No more procrastinating. It was an amazing experience! But I am not finished yet? I still have a lot more work to do to sculpt this body. I won't stop until I look like Clare. Lol!
Meet my awesome client Liz! She’s almost 53 now, & never gave up! 🤗 She came to me wanting to lose weight, and tone up some.
No, she wasn’t pregnant in that before photo. That is what we call an alcohol & sugar bloat...
Her situation was drinking wine at night before bed while reading a book. She was starving herself & snacking on pretzels. Eating out all the time. Hormones with thyroid were completely off too! Menopause was hitting her, & she was at her wits end with all that mess... Don’t underestimate the power of hormone balance, the thyroid controls so much in our bodies.
So, We changed up her diet to clean, healthy eating, and added proper cardio & some strength training. I sent her to the doc to get all of her levels checked. A hormone specialist is best in this situation. Her starting weight was 155 & she’s now 130 with some new muscle added.
Liz says, “don’t give up. Life is all about overcoming hurdles. It made me work harder because I got madder. Even my doctor told me I could never lose the weight! That I would have to starve myself!” I told her to take her scale back to that original doc and throw it at him. Lol!
Wow! Another amazing transformation. Ashley had hit a plateau with her fat loss goals. She almost gave up! Then she started following me on my social pages and learned how to make some adjustments with her workout routine and her diet. She stuck with the new plan and after 8 months she was able to lose 28.2 lbs. In addition she trimmed 6" from her hips, 4.5 inches from her waist, 3" from her thighs, all while building muscle. Inspired after she read my book Fluffy to Fit Sadie decided to take control over her fitness and make some serious changes. After reading the book she understood how to calculate her macros, how to meal prep, and how to incorporate lifting into her exercise routine. This allowed Sadie to lose fat, build muscle, and reshape her body. She lost over 30 pounds and her physique looks amazing!

What an amazing transformation! Marisol lost 110 lbs. How did she do this? Simply by watching a lot of my videos on social media and reading my book Fluffy to Fit. Marisol now had the knowledge and understanding how to lose weight, while still eating 5- healthy meals per day so that she didn't deprive herself and end up binge eating.
Marisol also incorporated a workout plan based on what I follow which consists of some cardio, lifting, and getting in 10,000 steps per day. By adjusting her diet and following her workout plan, Marisol could shape her body at the same time she lost the fat. Hi Clare. I wanted to let you know I have lost 45 lbs. since January 2023. I finally stopped trying to "do it all" fast and just took it slow instead. This time I didn't beat myself up when the scale went up a little over the course of 11 months. On average I have lost around 1 lb. per week. I still have a ways to go. My goal is to lose another 50 lbs. My bmi was 43 and it is now 36! Thank you for all of your videos.
